- If you’re selecting a paid tier, you’ll be directed to either a secure payment page or an invoice request form.
- Membership runs for 12 months and includes access to the benefits outlined on the membership information page.
- Your membership includes a few simple terms — we’ll ask you to confirm these before submitting the form.

What Happens Next?
- If you selected Basic (Free), your membership will be processed immediately.
- If you choose Pay by Card, you’ll be taken to our secure payment provider, Stripe, to complete your purchase.
(Please note: payment will be to Energicloud Group Ltd.) - If you choose Pay by Invoice, you’ll be shown an order summary along with further instructions.
- Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email and full access to your member benefits.
- Membership runs for 12 months and requires manual renewal before expiry.
